Higher strength makes a denser code that still reads when a card gets scuffed.
Cards that work on a busy counter
A good QR card does one job: it gets a phone to the right place in a second. This maker puts your code on a clean white panel with a clear headline above and a short instruction below, so guests know what to do without asking.
- Menus and orders. Link to your menu, ordering page or booking form.
- Wi-Fi. Guests scan once and join, with no password to read out loud.
- Reviews and social. Send happy customers straight to your review page.
- Info for stalls and events. Share a price list, schedule or contact details.
Free. Everything is made on your device.
How to make and print your card
- Choose what the card opens, then type your link, Wi-Fi details or text.
- Edit the headline and pick one of the four styles.
- Download the PNG, or print a sheet of four cards to cut out and stand up.
- Scan your own card once before you put it out.
Questions
Is the QR card maker free?
Yes. Make as many cards as you like, download the PNG and print it as often as you need.
Will my QR code stop working?
No. The code holds your link or Wi-Fi details directly, so it keeps working for as long as the page it points to stays online.
What size should I print it?
The sheet fits four cards on one A4 or Letter page, each about 94 by 125 mm. Print at 100% scale, and keep the code at least 2.5 cm wide so phones read it from arm's length.
Which style scans best?
All four styles put the code on a white panel with dark squares, so every one scans well. Pick the one that suits your room, and choose a higher scan strength if the card will be handled a lot.
