How to fill it in
- Set the basics. Choose invoice or quote, your currency and the payment terms. The due date fills in from the issue date.
- Add who it is from and for. Your details and your client's. A logo is optional.
- List the work. One line per deliverable or block of time, with a quantity, a rate and an optional discount.
- Add tax and how to pay. Add one or more tax lines, then put your bank or payment link in the payment box.
- Print, copy or share. Print a page, copy the plain text for an email, or copy a link that reopens the same invoice.

Questions
Is the invoice maker free?
Yes. There is no signup and no limit on how many invoices you make.
Where is my invoice stored?
In this browser, on this device, so your draft is there when you return. Clearing it removes it. Your logo is only kept while the tab is open.
How do I save an invoice as a PDF?
Press Print or save as PDF and choose Save as PDF as the destination in the print window. The paper size follows your A4 or US Letter choice.
What does the share link contain?
The invoice itself, packed into the link without your logo. Anyone with the link can open and edit their own copy. Nothing is uploaded.
Can I make a quote instead?
Switch the type to Quote. It shows a valid-until date instead of a due date, and no balance due.
